We ran into this streetwise go-getter in line at his favorite food truck and asked him some need-to-know questions from the Borderlands community.

Q: Where's your dream place to live?

Octavio: Probably one of those suborbital Turbo Mansions that used to be all the rage. Hovering in the skies above Eden-5, smiling down at my adoring fans. But in a cool, relatable way.

Q: What are your best attributes?

Octavio: My confidence, my social skills, and my business savvy.

Q: If you went into hardcore battle, what would you be listening to in your headphones?

Octavio: A looping recording of me hyping myself up.

Q: What's your opinion on the quantum immortality theory?

Octavio: It's a numbers game with a lot of luck involved.

Q: What's your dream job?

Octavio: Being high enough in a corporation that nobody can accurately describe what I do.

Q: Does pineapple go on pizza?

Octavio: If you're talking about Fran's Pineapple Pizzazzle flavor then...yes?

Q: Who is your biggest inspiration?

Octavio: [In response, Octavio shrugged and raised his eyebrows and pointed at himself, then grimaced as if to say, "Wait, that's arrogant," and waved his hands as if to say "never mind," then paused, looked into the middle distance, then raised his eyebrows and pointed at himself again.]

Q: What are your thoughts on the current Atlas CEO? Have you or would you want to meet him?

Octavio: He seems nice! Torn on the mustache.

Q: Who's your favorite person in the Dirty Thirty?

Octavio: I'd be remiss not to give a shoutout to Rhonda Fullfolja. She puts the real in Real Estate Mogul. But, if we're talking favs, the only true answer is Lor. He slings bullets and brew, balances business with adventure, and does it all while staying connected to the people of Promethea. Legend. 

Q: How did you end up at Fran's while your sister ended up at Atlas?

Octavio: Fran's isn't my endpoint. It's a starting point. I'm just getting started! I don't spend time comparing myself to my sister. She's great in her own ways but she doesn't remember what life on the street is like, you know? She doesn't have dirt between her fingernails. I mean, not that I have dirt between my fingernails. I clean them. But I get dirt in them. Before they're cleaned. 

Q: What do you think about the recent events on Pandora with the Crimson Raiders?

Octavio: Messed up.

Q: How many people have you helped L0U13 kill?

Octavio: L0U13 is the numbers guy. More than zero. But the better question is, why do I help him? And the answer isn't money. It's experience. What do Rhys Strongfork, Katagawa Jr., and Wainwright Jakobs all have in common? They'll kill for it. Sure, sure, I've never been the one to pull the trigger, right? L0U13 does that. But, I could. I totally could.
